Replacement of a broken shower head

I need a licensed plumber for replacing a dishwasher. I have the new dishwasher already on site. The problem is water is still coming at the water connection even 30 minutes after turning off the water main - see photo. So it might involve some extra work related to that.

Two showers in the house. Both have very bad water flow/pressure coming out of them. Taps around the house seem normal. Can negotiate price once issue fixed.
